  1. Thank you for this article. What cought my attention is the title. Most of non HR managers would ask this question. Usually when a company doesn’t see HR importance, that is mostly due to the lack of HR culture within the organization. Other managers tend to focus on resources other than human factor, which is a great loss to the company for sure.
